Acceptance

By using the Choice Auto Sales website or mobile app, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Inventory and pricing

Vehicle availability, equipment, mileage, condition, photos, and pricing can change and may contain errors. A listing is not a binding offer or purchase contract. Confirm material details with Choice Auto Sales before making a decision.

Taxes, title, registration, documentation, delivery, financing costs, and other charges may not be included in a displayed price unless expressly stated.

Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate information, protecting your sign-in credentials, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. You may not impersonate another person or use the service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or disruptive activity.

Financing and trade inquiries

A pre-qualification, financing, or trade form is an inquiry and does not guarantee approval, terms, valuation, or credit. Final terms depend on verification and any participating lender or program. Do not submit sensitive information the form does not request, including a Social Security number.

Reservations and payments

When enabled for a vehicle, a reservation deposit is processed by Stripe and is subject to the amount, refund terms, availability, and disclosures shown before payment. A deposit does not complete a vehicle sale. A separate signed agreement and any required verification control the final transaction.

Third-party services

Links or handoffs to Membership Auto, lenders, Stripe, maps, directions, or other third parties are provided for convenience. Their separate terms and privacy policies govern their services.

Intellectual property

The service, branding, text, graphics, and software are owned by Choice Auto Sales or their respective licensors. You may use the service for personal shopping and account management, but may not copy, scrape, resell, interfere with, or reverse engineer it except where law permits.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Choice Auto Sales disclaims implied warranties relating to the digital service and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from its use. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Changes and termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service and may restrict accounts that violate these terms or create security or legal risk. We may update these terms, and continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law and contact
